    “Learning the SKY breathing technique was one of the best things I did for myself. I have anxiety disorder for many years already, and the problem was escalating despite of taking my anti anxiety medication. I couldn’t even do a regular meditation that it would trigger anxiety crisis for the next whole day. I was so sad that I couldn’t do my meditations anymore, I wasn’t sleeping well, and then I learned about the Art of Living. In the first day of training, my first experience, I felt a joy, a happiness without any reason during that meditation. Ok, that was already a great experience! And since then I’ve been practicing almost every day, my anxiety is absolutely much less intense, I have more happy moments in my life and I’m able to deal with obstacles in a more grounded way. People noticed that I changed in a positive way. I’m very grateful for the existence of this modality of meditation, I have no words for that, thank you!”
